The British Periodicals database gives you access to full text historical periodicals which date back to the 17th century. It covers topics such as;
- Literature
- Philosophy
- History
- Science
- Music
- Art
- Drama
- Archeology
- Architecture
Once you have accessed the database you are advised to create an account, this will allow you to save items and refer back to them. To do this you will need to;
- Click on the person logo at the top right of the screen
- Click sign in to My Research (you will be directed to another page).
- Select 'create my resources account'. You will need to enter some personal details then select create account.
