Here in Learning Resources, we know it is normal for our mental health to change and our wellbeing to fluctuate and our aim here is to provide our learners with a safe online space to learn about all the issues you could face, and how best to deal with them.
Wellbeing is about being in a state where you can take care of yourself, be healthy and build positive relationships with the people around you. Wellbeing is an important part of being human and often, it is taken for granted.
Within these pages, you will find various resources to help you learn about mental health and wellbeing at any time. You will find information on where to find any support, both inside and outside of college; and maybe even some inspiration on how to overcome any battles you might be facing with your mental health or wellbeing.
