• The date of publication
• The title of the presentation
• The description [PowerPoint slides] in square brackets
• the name of the host. In this case : SlideShare
• the URL where the presentation can be found

If the slides come from a learning management platform that will require your readers to enter a password to access, then provide the name of the site and use the login page URL.

If the readers of your work are unable to access the slides (for example, because they don't have passwords) then cite the presentation as personal communication.
